"Ciolà" in ladin language, indicates the corner of the hut where the shepherd makes the cheese.
The restaurant Ciolà opened in December 1990, combines innovation and tradition, in the furnishings, in the style, in the atmosphere.
The Ciolà became soon a point of reference for both, connoisseurs of the area and for all those who spend their holidays in the splendour of the valley of Marebbe and desire to enjoy the local cuisine, without sacrificing the opportunity to have a sophisticated international menu.

The owner, Lois Morlang, fully reflects the character of the restaurant, traditionalist and at the same time innovative.
Ski instructor greatly appreciated, wrote the history of snowboarding in Italy, first as athlete, as coach later.
All this without neglecting his other great passion, cooking.

The atmosphere is warm and rustic, the room built in the style of medieval fortifications alpine
